They compete in the Mid-Atlantic College Volleyball Conference (MACVC) against colleges such as Messiah, Juniata, Millersville, Rutgers, and many more on the East Coast; the Hawks are the only two year institution to play in the MACVC. The Hawks also participate in the smaller Eastern Pennsylvania College Conference (EPCC) where they are the current three time defending champion (2007, 2008 and 2009). The EPCC is composed of 2 year institutions such as Northampton, Community College of Philadelphia, and Lehigh-Carbon.
