What is the appropriate attire for a performance?

When attending the Rose Lehrman Arts Center, most guests opt for business-casual attire.

What is the inclement weather policy?

If a performance is postponed or the College closes due to inclement weather, our box office recording will be updated at 717-231-7673, and the LiveatRoseLehrman.org and hacc.edu websites will be updated. Tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event or refunded.

Are food and drink available at the theatre?

Bottled water and snacks are available for sale in the lobby during intermissions; however, only bottled water is permitted inside the auditorium and black box theatres.

When can I pick up my tickets before the show?

Tickets may be retrieved any time during regular box office hours, or one hour prior to the performance at our will call window.

What is ‘will call’?

“Will call” refers to the box office window. Tickets are available for pick-up one hour prior to all performances for guests who have already purchased tickets online or over the phone.

Where can I order tickets besides the box office?

Tickets for the Rose Lehrman Arts Center are only available at our box office or online.

How do I speak with someone in the box office?

Please call our box office at 717-231-7673. Please note that phones are answered during business hours, which are September through April:

  • Mondays – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Tuesdays through Fridays – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

The box office is closed during the summer and when the College is closed.

When will show tickets go on sale?

Ticket sales to all performances at the Rose Lehrman Arts Center begin in early September.

How do I get to the Rose Lehrman Arts Center?

Where do I enter the building?

Guests may enter through the main entrance of the Rose Lehrman Arts Center (across from the gazebo) or through the accessible ramps located at either end of the building.

Is there accessible seating and parking available?

Yes. We have limited accessible seating available. Please inform the box office if accessible seating is required when purchasing tickets. If you have any questions or need further information, please call 717-231-7673 or email our box office manager at sjkirchd@hacc.edu. We will gladly assist you in making any arrangements needed to ensure that your visit is enjoyable.

Accessible parking spaces are also available in the south parking lot.
 
How far is the farthest seat away from the stage?

The farthest seat from the stage is only 45 feet away.

What is the capacity of the center?

The Rose Lehrman Arts Center has a maximum capacity of 379 seats.

What time should I arrive?

The box office window opens one hour prior to curtain. The theatre doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain.
  
What is the smoking policy?

HACC is a tobacco-free campus and tobacco products are prohibited on our grounds. Thank you for your cooperation. 

What denominations of gift certificates are available?

Gift certificates are available in a variety of denominations greater than $10 at our box office.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

Gift certificates purchased from the Rose Lehrman Arts Center can be redeemed in person at our box office. 

Can tickets be reprinted if I have misplaced or forgotten them?

Tickets can be reprinted one hour prior to the event. The original purchaser must present identification.

Can I turn in our tickets for resale?

The box office does not give refunds. For sold-out shows, tickets can be resold in the lobby to waiting patrons without tickets. Unused tickets can be donated to Live at Rose Lehrman.
