Computer Applications and IT Training
HACC offers a wide array of computer-training solutions for your organization's technology needs. We can even create customized training solutions for your organization.
All of our computer classes are hands-on. Each student has access to his or her own workstation. This allows for working directly with the instructor. Employees can begin using new skills immediately.
Course length varies based on your organization's needs. HACC will work with your organization to determine how to best schedule training blocks around your organization's requests.
What courses are offered?
We start with an electronic needs-assessment. This locates gaps in your employees' current knowledge. We evaluate these assessment results to recommend the training solutions that target your specific needs.
We offer the following Microsoft Office Business worker solutions courses:
- Windows Operating System Basics
- Basic Computer Skills
IT Technical Training
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
Where are the training programs?
We provide training at our state-of-the-art labs. We can also come to your location at a time that best suits you. We will use your training facilities, or we can bring our mobile equipment to yours.
Are there webinars?
Webinars make it easy for employees to gain skills without leaving their desks. We use Adobe Connect to deliver relevant topics, eliminating travel costs. Your employees can immediately return to work. We can customize all webinar content to meet your training needs.
Adobe Connect only requires that you have an Internet connection, a Web browser and Adobe Flash Player to attend a Web conference. Adobe Connect supports nearly any operating system. They include Windows, MAC, Linux, Solaris, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. All you need is a headset and microphone.
