What is HACC’s program like?
Innovatively YOURS, our experienced instructors provide you with the foundation you need to succeed in this evolving field. You will have the opportunity to take courses to prepare you for the Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam.

The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) accredits HACC’s Accounting AA program. Since 1992, ACBSP has been the only nationally recognized organization that grants regional accreditation to two- and four-year colleges and universities.
What classes will I take?
Can I transfer my credits to a four-year college or university?
Our programs are designed so you can transfer credits to a wide variety of four-year colleges and universities with no loss of credit. However, each college has its own unique program. We encourage you to select a four-year school as soon as possible. This will allow you to learn the transfer college’s program requirements so you can take the proper classes at HACC.

Where can I complete this program?
You can complete the entire program at our Harrisburg, Lancaster and York campuses. The program can also be completed at the Gettysburg Campus by taking some courses through Virtual Learning.
Does HACC offer scholarships?
Yes! Thanks to approximately 200 scholarships available through the HACC Foundation, you have the opportunity to earn free money for your tuition. Before you submit your application, please review the application guidelines at hacc.edu/Scholarships.
When can I apply?
Anytime! We offer spring, summer and fall classes, and you can submit your application online. When you apply, please include the unique code for our Accounting Program. Including program code 1460 on your application ensures you apply to the correct program.
