Adult Basic and Secondary Education/GED

Adult basic and secondary education classes are designed for students who do not have a high school diploma and are seeking to take the GED test. 

 

What classes does HACC offer?

ABE targets four core academic areas:

  • Language Arts (writing, reading)
  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Mathematics

 

How much do the classes cost?

Classes are free. You will need to purchase a textbook.

 

How do I apply to Classes?

You need to complete an application. You will also need to attend orientation and Pathways Success before entering classes.

Late Fall 2015 - GED registration form is available from September 14 through November 25.  GED Registration form.
