At a quick glance, the Institute's programs include the following resources:

• Fulton Bank Small Business Center @ HACC: Personalized counseling for businesses up to three years of age. One-on-one counseling, research, workshops and resources available, as well as business plan creation and review.
• Women's Marketplace: Designed to increase the success of women-owned businesses in Central Pennsylvania, marketing research and planning are available for businesses of any age.
• PA Business Basics:  A free, walk-in program from 9 to 11 am the first Monday and Friday of every month filled with practical information. The topics are developed by HACC and include technical aspects of business start-up.
• Rural Development Outreach: This exciting new initiative is part of the Capital Region's Keystone Innovation Zone program. Focusing on women in the rural areas of Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties, we provide counseling, business planning, and resources for new rural businesses.
• Veterans program: In partnership with HACC's Office of Military and Veteran's Affairs and Veteran's Resource Central, we are developing an initiative to assist our local veterans who are restarting their business after military duty, or wish to start their own business after military service.
• Women on the Move: This annual event provides a full day question-and-answer forum of successful local business women dedicated to help other women start their own businesses. This forum is offered at various locations throughout Central Pennsylvania, in partnership with many local organizations.
• Entrepreneur in Residence: Do you want to speak to someone who has been where you are now? Someone who has successfully navigated the path to business ownership? Our Entrepreneur in Residence is a valuable resource to our clients, partners and communities.
• Diploma, Certificate, or Associate Degree Programs: Do you dream of returning to school? If you need practical management, marketing, accounting, human resources or other business skills, you will find it at HACC. The amount of study you choose is based on your own experience and needs.
