Course Description:

Provides the student with skill and competency in the following areas: recognizing and understanding common health care equipment, ergonomics in the workplace, infection control, obtaining and understanding vital signs, recognition of medical emergencies, and documentation in the medical record. A laboratory fee is required. Pre-/Corequisite: AH 140.
