Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) – electronic process to accomplish personnel action transactions in Banner, HACC’s college-wide integrated computer system.
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) – eligible employees are entitled to 12 work weeks of unpaid leave in a 12 month period of time for medical reasons per the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
Performance Awards – recognition of employees whose contributions to the College represent exceptional performance above and beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results.

Performance Evaluations – introductory (new employees) and annual appraisals are completed by the supervisor on classified and administrative staff to provide job performance feedback. Results of the annual appraisal are used to determine merit pay for yearly salary increases.
