New Fee Scale | $16 for 1 class per week for 8 weeks - $2.00 per class | | $32 for 2 classes per week for 8 weeks - $2.00 per class | | $45 for 3 classes per week for 8 weeks - $1.87 per class | $50 for 4 classes per week for 8 weeks - $1.56 per class (Note: Belly dancing class fee is dependent on number of participants and will be higher than fee stated above. This course will introduce the Pilates method of body conditioning that uniquely combines stretching and strengthening exercises. The emphasis of the course is to develop an appreciation for the mind / body connection through exercises that improve posture and provide flexibility and balance.

Strength Training/Toning

This class will involve a series of exercises to help strengthen and tone most areas of the body, including the lower body (hips, thighs and calves), arms, back, chest and abdomen. Equipment used will vary each week and will include hand weights, body bar, step (for squats, etc), and bands. The class is appropriate for all skill levels. Intensity can be modified by doing more/less repetitions and/or using more less weight.
