All charitable contributions made to the HACC Foundation, along with all earnings from said charitable contributions, are irrevocable. By making a charitable gift to the HACC Foundation, the donor understands that charitable donations are not refundable.

The HACC Foundation takes steps to ensure that your information is protected. The HACC Foundation’s donation site is a secure site that protects your online donation. Using this site ensures that credit card information is secure and electronic payments are processed efficiently. We also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on our website when collecting personal information.
To make an online donation, there is certain personal information that needs to be collected. This includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone and email. Personal information is only used to process your donation. The HACC Foundation may use the information you provide to update your contact information and to maintain contact with our alumni. We will not sell or trade your information to unrelated third parties. We may, however, release personal information if we are legally required to do so. If we are legally compelled to release information to a third party, the HACC Foundation may or may not notify you of this release. Notification will be at the discretion of the HACC Foundation and will be based on the nature and conditions surrounding the release of information.
Publication of Donor Names
The HACC Foundation may publish donor names unless otherwise requested by the donor. Publications include, but are not limited to, annual reports and campaign material. The HACC Foundation will not publish the amount of any gift.
