On Saturday, October 10th, four HACC-Gettysburg students participated in an Adopt-A-Highway activity. Kasi Steinbrenner, Scott Steinbrenner, Bianca Cruz and Chris Rengier collected four bags of trash along a 2-mile stretch of Route 34, heading out of Gettysburg. This event was sponsored by the campus Environmental Club. Refreshments were provided after the clean-up. The next Adopt-A-Highway clean-up will occur in April 2010.
The next meeting of the Environmental Club will be held Thursday, December 3rd at 2:30 in the SGA Office.

Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it.
Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves.
All things are bound together. All things connect.
