Gettysburg Campus Clery Act Disclosure Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Security On Campus Act, the table below contains the required disclosure of crime prevalence data as reported annually to the U.S. Department of Education. The data for each Clery category are summarized in following the table:
DefinitionsOn Campus:Violations of the law occurring within the property boundaries of the Gettysburg Campus. Public Property:This category includes violations of the law which occurred on public property bordering and immediately accessible from the Gettysburg Campus. This would include Old Harrisburg Road. Note that the ACNB Bank and Weis Food Markets store are not included as they are private property. Noncampus:Additional properties owned or controlled by HACC on which educational programs or functions are held. This category will include violations of the law which occur at HACC Gettysburg's leased FCCTC, Hanover, and/or Chambersburg locations during program hours only.
