Taking HACC classes while attending high school

Looking to enhance your academic profile? HACC offers a variety of dual enrollment programs for high school juniors and seniors. Dual enrollment high school programs offer courses that can award both college and high school credit - which means taking a college course may count towards high school graduation. Students may choose to take courses on a HACC campus, at one of our off-site locations or online. Students may also take HACC courses at their high school, if available, through the College in the High School program.

   Placement Testing

All first time students are required to take placement test to determine course placement. You may be exempt if you have prior college credit or comparable SAT (ACT) scores.

Reserve your seat in a New Student Advising and Registration session after placement testing. During the session, you will discuss your program/major, review your placement scores and choose and register for classes. Call your campus at 1-800-ABC HACC.
