Hear Lebanon Campus faculty present on the topic of “fake news” including an explanation of what it is; why it is important to talk about it; and how it relates to topics discussed in various HACC courses. The panel presenters are Kim Grotewold (Library), Dan Zelesko (PHIL), Laura Davis (COMM), Deb Bybee (PSYCH), and John Flavin (SOCI). Strategies for developing a discerning approach to information shared online will be offered as well as lunch and an opportunity to ask questions!
