HACC is a vibrant and entrepreneurial community college serving the central Pennsylvania region at five campuses and several centers which enroll over 20,000+ degree students. The College has a reputation of excellence in faculty, programs and in student services and is recognized for having facilities and campuses that are equal or superior to those found at major private universities.

Attention to the implementation of various assessment and improvement strategies have transformed the College from a sleeping, stagnant, community college eight years ago to one that has experienced nearly seventy percent enrollment growth since 2000, requiring six new buildings, and several facilities expansions at leased facilities.
