Lancaster Campus Facilities

The HACC – Lancaster Campus Facilities Management Department (FMD) would like to invite you to take a tour of our department and our campus.

Located in the heart of Amish country on a 60+ acre site in Lancaster, PA, our campus includes two Academic /Administrative buildings and one Maintenance / Shipping Receiving building.

The combined square footage of our three buildings is 265,000 sq. ft.

Our Facilities Management Department team consists of:

• 15 employees
• 3 Specialists
• 1 Technicians (Building Services)
• 1 Technician (grounds)
• 6 full-time FMD Assistants (custodians)
• 2 part time FMD Assistants (custodians)
• 1 Floor Care Specialist
• 1 part time Painter
• Mail / Receiving Services as well as office support

Winner of the 2011 Lancaster HACC Fitness Challenge.

HACC Lancaster Campus has earned the rating of
"Green Certified Institute" in janitorial services.
