Maintaining critical heating, cooling, and other sophisticated computer controlled systems this includes chillers, heat pumps, boilers, exhaust fans, and air mixing boxes. This department in on call 24/7 always assuring the campus that critical systems are up at all times.

Larry Livingston is also responsible for snow removal for the entire campus.
