February 26, Noon-1 p.m., Robert C. Hoffman Community Room, HACC’s Gettysburg Campus
What are the connections between food, humans and culture? When we think about the role food plays in our life in most cases we only think about it from the focus of the need for nutrition, but how does food teach us about culture? Where do the foods we eat and enjoy originate? This talk will explore the connections we have with food and how it is important to the spread of culture across the world.
