Session IV:  Leading Organizations:

· Review summaries of Civility within organizations and how participants are developing leaders and members within their organizations.

· Discuss the eight steps of Change Management.

· Discuss Meeting Management:  How do they officiate at meetings?  What rules are used to assure proper meetings?  How do you make decisions?   Are agendas prepared and minutes taken at each meeting?

· Educate participants on Conflict Management.

· Skill Builder:  Each participant will review how their organizations deal with change.  In addition, each participant will develop a summary of how their organizations are managed and what improvements they need to make within their organizations.
