Study Abroad in 2011
Earn at least three college credits while studying in exciting destinations such as the Bahamas, Canada, China, Czech Republic, England, Ghana, Greece, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Tanzania, Thailand and the US-New Orleans!
HACC's study abroad programs are taught by experienced faculty who have a passion for the subject matter and led by knowledgeable tour guides in the host country. Extensive care is taken to ensure a positive, educational and travel experience for all our study abroad participants.
HACC's Study Abroad program gives participants maximum flexibility. Dates of travel are scheduled to coincide with winter and spring breaks as well as over the summer months.
All students enrolling in the 2011 study abroad programs must complete the HACC 2010-11 Study Abroad Application (.pdf) and submit it to the Center for Global Education. The Center is located on the Harrisburg Campus, Cooper Student Center room 101a. You can also send it as an attachment via email to studyabroad@hacc.edu or fax it to 717-780-2436. Students will be contacted regarding acceptance into the program via email (HAWKMail) within a week of application submission.
118 students participated in HACC's 2010 Study Abroad and Global Service Learning Programs and include students from other colleges and states. Please note that registration is subject to end without notice when enrollment capacity for credit courses is reached.
