• Enter HACC Web from the intranet or through www.hacc.edu
• Sign in with your user ID and PIN
• Click onFaculty & Advisors from the menu options OR click on Faculty Services from the links near the top of the page
• Click on ACADEMIC MONITORING
• Select the current term (Fall 2008, 200920)
• Select CRN
• Enter student information only if your student is experiencing academic difficulty. If your student is doing well in your course; save the page (s). Please remember to input information throughout the semester if your student is experiencing academic difficulty.
• Click on SUBMIT to save your entries. Only 10 students appear on a page. To access remaining students in your section, click on the Current Record Set at the top or bottom of the page (1-10, 11-20)
• There is a thirty minute time limit on your session. You must hit the submit button at least once during this period of time to keep the session active.
