Timely Warning Notice

In the event that a situation arises - either on or off campus - that, in the judgment of Security personnel, constitutes an ongoing or continuing threat, a campus-wide "timely warning" will be issued. The warning will be issued through available campus or college-wide communications systems to students, faculty and staff. Those communications systems include, but are not limited to, the college's e-mail system, MYHACC - the college's portal system, electronic signage systems, the college's website and E2Campus - the college's cell phone and e-mail quick notification system.

Anyone with information that requires a timely warning should report the circumstances to the appropriate campus security offices by phone at the numbers listed on the college website : www.hacc.edu [http://www.hacc.edu], click on "Quick Links" on the right hand side and choose "Security" from the dropdown list.
