Application Data Credit/Fall Semester

This section provides data on all students who are first time applicants and re-admits, and how many of the applicants actually enrolled for the fall semester. Also reported is the number of new applicants, number of re-admit applicants, and total number of applicants for each major for the fall semester.



Student Population Demographics/Fall Semester

This section provides data on a number of student demographics for the fall semester. Included are the following:

  1. Number of freshman and sophomore students enrolled in all credit courses for the fall semester.
  2. Number of female students enrolled in all credit courses for the fall semester.
  3. Ethnic group breakdown of students enrolled in all credit courses for the fall semester.
  4. Average student age, reported by full time, part time, and overall average.
  5. Number of students enrolled in all credit developmental courses. (Note: credit developmental course enrollment is provided only for college-wide courses, and is not broken down by campus.

This section provides data on the number of full time and part time students for each semester. The headcount by division for each semester is also reported, as well as the headcount by major for each semester.  Also provided is the percentage of change from the previous year.

This section provides data on the average number of student credits for all full-time and part-time students, as well as the total number of students. Data is reported by semester and begins with the overall credit hour average for full and part time students, followed by a breakdown by major and division.  Also provided is the percentage of change from the previous year.

This section provides college-wide graduate data. The first subsection reports the number of graduates awarded either a diploma, certificate, or degree, as well as the percentage who graduated with honors, high honors, and highest honors. The second subsection reports the number of graduates per year, beginning with the 1965-66 academic year. The third subsection reports the percentage of graduates with honors by year, beginning with the 1965-66 academic year.

This section provides data on the tuition cost per student for residents of sponsoring school districts, beginning with 1964. Also reported are the full time, part time, and total headcount and FTE numbers for students enrolled from sponsoring school districts.

This section provides data on the total non-credit headcount and FTE enrollment numbers. This information is reported by fall, spring, and summer semesters.

This section provides data on sponsoring school districts. Included are the following:

1. Number of students enrolled from each sponsoring school district, reported by full time and part time headcount, full time and part time FTE, and percentage of total headcount. The data is reported by campus and includes all sponsoring school districts in each campus’s service area.

2. Senior class projections for all sponsoring school districts for ten years. The data is reported by campus and includes all sponsoring school districts in each campus’s service area.

3. Sponsoring high school graduate totals for the latest year available.
